Abstract | An yttrium orthosilicate nanophotonic resonator is fabricated with resonances near the 4I9/2-4F3/2 hyperfine transition of Neodymium ions. Measured absorption by Neodymium embedded in a nanobeam indicates promising prospect for coupling ions to our nano-resonator. |
